Delete your BuildRoutine account

You can ask us to delete your BuildRoutine account and the data tied to it at any time. We complete every request within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Signed in, send the request from this page. Or email nate@buildroutineai.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my BuildRoutine account". A company admin can ask us to delete the whole company workspace instead.

Deleting your account removes your sign-in, profile, connected mailboxes and their tokens and stored messages, sender details and notification settings, and your access to your company's workspace. Records you created inside your company's projects belong to your company and stay in its workspace unless the workspace is deleted.
